We are thrilled to share that our Borda House project has officially achieved Net-Zero energy certification. This is a testament to our ongoing commitment to climate-positive design.
Achieving this rating required a rigorous focus on passive heating, high-performance building envelopes, and integrated renewable energy systems. The project utilizes thermal mass walls to regulate interior temperatures without reliance on active mechanical systems.
