Completed: Ladera Offices
Construction on the Ladera Offices is now complete, providing a new workspace that integrates seamlessly with the surrounding topography.
The office design was driven by the desire to create a quiet, focused environment for its occupants. By embedding the building into the hillside, we have minimized the visual footprint while ensuring each workspace enjoys natural light and cross-ventilation. The timber-screen façade offers solar control while creating a rhythmic interplay of light and shadow throughout the day. We are happy to see the team settled in their new home.
